- how to chart your cycle and how to use the app

2nd consultation: Become an expert in your own cycle tracking
Learn to recognize healthy patterns and potential issues.
Topics covered:
- In this session, you will learn how to interpret the biomarkers indicated by your body in your cycle chart, understand your hormonal activity, and see how it reflects your overall health.
- You will get to know the different phases of your cycle, and through this, the unique pattern of your own cycle.
- We will analyze various cycle types, including those that may indicate potential health concerns.
- You will understand how your cycle reflects your body’s hormonal and general health status.
- You will see how all phases of your cycle connect to form a unified, fertility-supporting process.
- We will examine different cycle types and discuss which patterns may indicate hormonal imbalances or other health issues.
3rd consultation: Cycle tracking and family planning
Learn how to manage your fertility!
Topics covered:
- In this session, we learn the fundamentals of FEMM family planning.
- From a family-planning perspective, the most important event in the female cycle is ovulation, so we learn how to link cycle biomarkers to ovulation and female fertility.
- We review male and female reproductive function and the role of sex hormones.
- You will learn the main differences between male and female fertility.
- You will learn to recognize bodily signs associated with the cycle (cervical mucus, LH surge).
- You will understand how these signals indicate ovulation and the fertile window.
- You will be able to identify ovulation and fertility even in cycles that vary in type.
